We fully appreciate that all clients are different and, generally, larger properties require a more “hands on” service and more management participation from their managing agent than smaller properties.
It is also fair to say that the smaller the property, the higher the service charge is likely to be as an annual budget split 4 ways is always going to be more per property than an annual budget split 12 ways.
For this reason, we offer different levels of service, differing in the amount of visits to the property per annum and, for smaller developments, we even offer an “admin only” property management service where we do not visit the property but carry out all administration tasks from our office. This allows smaller blocks to keep their costs to a minimum.
